Envarasado-style fish is one of the typical foods that you can find on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta.

The name of this dish comes from its specific manner of preparation which involves inserting a sharp tipped rod into the mouth of the fish, which is covered in oil that has previously been prepared with the necessary ingredients.
