Mountain Biking event starting on November 18, and staying overnight in Puerto Vallarta on November 21. The start line is at the Arches in Zapopan and the race goes across three magic towns along its mountain bike route: Ferrería de Tula, Union de Tula, Talpa de Allende and Puerto Vallarta.
AMRT Bike is the first world invitational Mountain Bike race to be run in Jalisco and its magnificent landscapes. In over 400 km and four days of competition, 500 two-member teams will cross extensive plains, huge mountains, and ancient pine woods, to finally reach the beautiful beaches of the Mexican Pacific, all of this with nothing but their body’s effort and the human spirit of adventure.
This world invitational race will bring together advanced athletes, both amateur and professional, to race in this exciting, professionally organized competition. After biking long distances, the athletes will arrive at hotels where they will comfortably rest. After a well-deserved hot bath, the competitors will enjoy a meal and will tour the beautiful magic towns.
All together, it’s five stages between 90 and 100 km per day. We are certain this will be the toughest competition in the world.
