Day of the Dead Special Menu at El Arrayán

As part of the Day of the Dead celebration, El Arrayán restaurant is serving a delicious special 4-course menu that has different traditional dishes and ingredients such as pumpkin seed, corn, Mole Poblano, Tamales and Pan de Muerto.

Tomatillo chicken "Tama" with beans & vegetables 

Dark sugar and spice yams, home made vanilla ice cream
