San Sebastián

Located in the spectacular Sierra Madre, an hour and 15 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta, is San Sebastian del Oeste, a colonial and historic town. This place retains its Mexican colonial charm. Talpa de Allende

Surrounded by mountains and forests that perfectly combine natural beauty with culture and tradition, Talpa de Allende is a charming, magical, authentic Mexican town. Dating back to 1782, the famous Virgin of Talpa church is an architectural marvel, whose image of the Virgin of Talpa welcomes thousands of faithful every year.


Take a trip back to the past to this XIX century city whose adobe houses and haciendas are surrounded by forests and spectacular landscapes. Two hours away from Puerto Vallarta inland in the mountains, the town of Mascota boasts an impressive historic and cultural heritage found in its architecture and archeological sites, some of which date back to pre-Hispanic times.

El Tuito

Nestled in the mountains about 45 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta, on the highway towards Barra de Navidad, is the small town of El Tuito. Walk along the cobblestone streets and notice the adobe houses made from area clay with different tones of yellow and orange. Enjoy nature and the simplicity of this Mexican town in its main plaza surrounded by gardens, restaurants, cafes and artisan shops. Explore the archeological remains of Guasimas, Villa del Mar and Jose Maria Morelos.

Nuevo Vallarta

Just a few minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta is located in Riviera Nayarit. A destination with a great deal of real estate development, where along with the beaches, you will find a wide range of hotels, extensive golf courses, luxury condominiums, exclusive restaurants and two of the most important marinas in the country.


Another destination in the Riviera Nayarit Tourist Corridor, Bucerias reflects the essence of a typical Mexican town with its main plaza and cobblestone streets. Along with its beaches, the main attraction is the artwork found at its “Flea Market”, one of the largest in the area.

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle

Known as a fishing village, this tranquil town has a modern marina which is the largest of the Riviera Nayarit Tourist Corridor. Here you will find a stretch of beaches divided into five sections: El Tizate, Cruz de Huanacaxtle, La Manzanilla, Piedra Blanca and Arena Blanca.

This enchanting little town has a Polo Club, various restaurants, galleries, villas, hotels and Golf Club. San Pancho has beaches with strong waves ideal for surfing just like Sayulita does. Some of the activities available here are: Horse riding on the beach, canopy tours, snorkeling, ATV riding, climbing, bird watching, turtle releasing, whale watching (seasonal), fishing or sailing.
