The Festival Gourmet opens with Puerto Vallarta’s Back Street Traditions. Enjoy a colorful Village Fest and an excellent opportunity to meet all the international master chefs in person. Have a little chat with them and delight in samples of the culinary skills of regional cuisine. Exquisite tidbits, and first-class wines and Tequila put you in the right mood for the Festival week. An ideal way to start ten days of absolute enjoyment!

GOURMET SAFARI – ROUTE # 1 - PROGRESSIVE DINING
A culinary ‘bus safari’ tour to four master chefs who await you in their restaurants. Each ‘Chef’s Table’ - featuring one course of the menu - will be served in a relaxed atmosphere, along with a fine wine. The journey will finish with all the safari participants at the lush gardens of CAFÉ DES ARTISTES to round off the evening with a succulent dessert. The safaris are escorted by one of the Organizers of the Festival.
Meeting at THIERRY’S PRIME STEAK HOUSE - followed by the unique Mediterranean setting at TRIO, followed by THIERRY BLOUET’s “AUTHOR’S KITCHEN” and ending at the lush gardens of CAFÉ DES ARTISTES.

Spend a day with those culinary artists, learn their recipes, methods and even secrets – then join them for a delicious Luncheon in this impressive and elegant restaurant.

The second unforgettable ‘culinary safari’ is a walking tour to the four Master Chefs who await you in their restaurants. The journey will finish with all the safari participants at LA PALAPA to round off the evening with a succulent dessert. The safaris are escorted by one of the festival organizers

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15 - 9 A.M. – 4 P.M.
2nd GOURMET COOKING DEMONSTRATION
Not competition but a fusion of two Swiss Master Chefs remembering recipes of their tremendous careers around the world. Chef Roland Menetrey and Chef Heinz Reize in action! Together, they create an extraordinary Gourmet Spectacle. Spend a day with those culinary artists, learn their recipes, methods and even secrets – then join them for a delicious Luncheon in this lovely beachfront Bistro.

Renowned musicians will display their talent in a "musical jam session" at an event of friends of friends. What a memorable great evening, the proceeds of the tickets sale will be donated to charity organizations in the region.

The journey will finish with all the safari participants meeting at Insú Sky Bar y Pool Lounge at Marival Residence to round off the evening with a succulent dessert.
