Vallarta By the Sea
The port on the coast of Puerto Vallarta is a hub of nautical tourism. In addition to providing berths for up to 5 cruise ships within the port, there are many other vessels operating which offer tours of Banderas Bay.
The Cruise Ship Terminal is located in the heart of the port and receives approximately 500 000 passengers annually. Some 17 tour boats offer their services during the low season and 35 do so in high season. The main vessels are:

MARIGALANTE (DAY) - This boat is a replica of the Santa Maria of Christopher Columbus which visits the beach and a pirate show at Majahuita makes for an exciting ride.
MARGALANTE (NIGHT) - This boat is a replica of the Santa Maria of Christopher Columbus offering a pirate show during its trips through the bay.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE - A ride on high-speed inflatable boat will take you to do activities such as ziplining, rappelling, mule ride and suspension bridges.
CRUISE TO CALETAS - Boat trip to Las Caletas, a place that is beautiful nature reserve on the southern shores of Banderas Bay.
MARIETAS ISLANDS - A boat excursion to the Marietas Islands.
YELAPA - Travel by boat to Yelapa, where you can snorkel, swim and kayak.
WHALE WATCHING - *Boat tours around the bay for whale watching.
SAILING - Luxury sailboat "Beneteau" that will take you on water tour to secluded beaches.
