You can take a taxi or bus to Sayulita. Don''t pay more than $50 USD for a taxi ride. And don''t worry about bringing your beach chair or umbrella, you can rent them from a number of beach-front restaurants for the price of a meal. Check out Don Pedros for excellent pizza right on the water with your feet in the sand. Perhaps you''re in hot pursuit of the best fish tacos in town? Find them at Sayulita Fish Tacos. For great mole, try CafeSayulita.
Sayulita is also known for being one of the best places to surf and boogie board in BanderasBay. Don''t know how to surf? Take a lesson from Sayulita''s El TigreSurfSchool. You can also enjoy snorkeling (not so much during rainy season when the water is a bit murky) by renting the necessary equipment at Santa Crucita Surf Shop. Many visitors to Sayulita are fascinated by the old cemetery in town. A pass by the cemetery can be a unique way to learn about Mexican history and culture.
