Yesterday November 5th was a day that made history in Puerto Vallarta. We had the honor to welcome Finnair’s Airbus A350 XWB (flight number AY025) coming from Helsinki, the first of its class to land in Mexico.
The Airbus XWB seats 350 people and was made to deliver the best comfort and environmental performance. This aircraft unites the last developments in aerodinamics, design and advance technologies which allows it to use 25% less fuel, benefiting the environment.
Tourist excited to discover Puerto Vallarta, high-ranking executives and the Finnish press boarded this inaugural flight which was recieved by personal from Finland’s Embassy in Mexico (and its Consulate in Guadalajara), mexican authorities and the tourism directives.
Through 20 weeks of aerial connection, we expect to have more tan 7,000 travelers from Finland and other European countries who will discover Puerto Vallarta’s attractive nature, a big offer of different activities, delicious gastronomy and will feel the known warmth and hospitality that define the people from Puerto Vallarta.
We welcome the tourists and authorities from Finnair’s flight and we hope they fall in love with this beautiful city and everything it has to offer them.
