As part of a joint promotion effort, representatives from Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit will visit Montreal, Toronto, New York and Philadelphia on October 23-31, 2013, in the “Live it to Believe It!” campaign.
The stop in Montreal is scheduled to attend SITV, the most important Travel Fair in Canada, in order to attract more tourists to our region. On October 29, representatives of the Visitors and Conventions Offices of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit will speak about the attractions and highlights of their respective destinations at a press conference in New York City.
The various presentations directed at travel agencies and given through the media should help reinforce the efforts which are already underway in conjunction with airlines, to increase tourism. New flights have already been scheduled; now all that remains is for these promotional efforts to convince people to board those flights, come for a visit, and have an amazing time.
A year after the Puerto Vallarta edition of the North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA) conference & marketplace, the largest conference of US/Canadian media to take place in Mexico, the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board is proud to report that the record-breaking conference has resulted in over 200 editorial items with over 4 million USD in Public Relations.
