The Grand Soccer Fiesta is an event like no other, and there's no better way to experience it than outdoors, with the sandy beach and the vast Pacific Ocean as your backdrop. Puerto Vallarta made this a reality with the opening of one of the most ambitious entertainment venues the destination has seen in a long time: Vibra Jalisco Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone.

The government of Jalisco, through the State Entertainment Agency and the Secretariat of Tourism, officially opened Vibra Jalisco Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone at the same time as the start of the Grand Soccer Fiesta games.

The venue will stay open through July 19. During this first phase, 50 matches will be broadcast on large high-definition screens with surround sound. Residents and visitors can enjoy free recreational experiences and interactive activities that complement the sports broadcasts.

For 39 days straight, the Vibra Jalisco Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone brings together soccer, cuisine, and family entertainment in an atmosphere that can't be beaten. It's right in the heart of the Hotel Zone, just steps from Camarones Beach.

More specifically, the venue is located next to the Sheraton Buganvilias Hotel and covers an area of 333,700 square feet with over 980 feet of beachfront. The venue can accommodate up to 10,000 people, and admission is free.
In addition to Puerto Vallarta's largest LED screen for watching live sports broadcasts, the star of the Fan Zone is the Domósfera sphere. It is the first immersive dome in Latin America and the third largest in the world, featuring a geodesic structure 27 meters in diameter and 14 meters high that incorporates state-of-the-art audiovisual technology to provide immersive experiences for people of all ages.

The Domósfera’s sphere programming will feature content on a variety of topics, including science, space, art, wellness, activities for children, and audiovisual tours. The announcement included a new immersive experience that draws on the work of artist Android Jones and elements of India's Vedic tradition.

This is a program that's far from improvised, and it brings much more to Vibra Jalisco Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone than just a soccer broadcast venue at the heart of the North Hotel Zone.
Vibra Jalisco Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone’s music lineup began on Thursday, June 11, with a performance by Mariachi CHG and will continue with DJ Tadeo Fernández on June 14, The Criminal Sounds on June 20, and El Cártel de los Hipopótamos on June 27. The lineup is not yet fully set, and more live acts will be announced as the tournament moves forward.

The most eagerly awaited presentation, however, has already been scheduled: Mexican pop idol Ximena Sariñana will perform a free concert in Puerto Vallarta on Saturday, July 4, as part of the official lineup confirmed by Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone. Completing the list of performers that have been revealed to date are DJ Paulina Ricci and the electronic music project Save the Rabbits.

Access to all performances is free to the public.
Vibra Jalisco Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone will feature a food court with more than 40 food and beverage options representative of Puerto Vallarta and Jalisco, four bars, soccer-themed activities, a children's area, and parking for 250 vehicles. The venue is open from 10:00 a.m. to midnight daily.

The venue is located on the beach, right next to the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort in Puerto Vallarta's North Hotel Zone.
Jalisco's Secretary of Tourism, Mrs. Michelle Fridman Hirsch, highlighted the state government's efforts to ensure the Grand Soccer Fiesta benefits all of its residents and visitors. She also emphasized Governor Pablo Lemus's commitment to bringing the Vibra Jalisco festival to every corner of the state, which has been ongoing for many months.

Puerto Vallarta responded with a 31,000-square-meter venue, Latin America's first immersive dome, and a lineup that blends soccer, culture, cuisine, and live music right on the oceanfront.
Thanks to the launch of the Puerto Vallarta Fan Zone, the excitement of the global tournament is palpable throughout Jalisco’s premier beach destination, even if you aren't inside the stadium.
