13° Annual Ceviche and Aguachile Fest

Food festival celebrating the traditional ceviche and aguachile flavors in Puerto Vallarta since 2015.

A variety of local seafood restaurants partake in a contest for the best ceviche and aguachile recipes, chosen by a panel of expert Mexican guest chefs.

Special prices at ceviche (fresh seafood dish made with fish, lime and herbs) and aguachile (sliced shrimp cooked in lime and chile) dishes.

Attendants to Puerto Mágico facilities may also enjoy live music, cocktail bar by outstanding mixologists, distilled beverages and spirits, local craft beers and pastries from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

Admission is free. Parking available.
