Michelin Stars awarded chefs such as Johannes Messner and Diego Sobrino, an ascending Mexican chef that collaborates at several Michelin Star awarded European restaurants, among others, will participate at this 24th edition of the festival, making possible a gastronomic exchange that favors local chefs and enriches even more the destination.
