From October 31 to November 2, Puerto Vallarta bursts into color and tradition during the regional Festival de las Almas Jalisco 2026.
The world-famous Malecón boardwalk and Historic Downtown transform into an open-air gallery adorned with monumental catrina figures, intricate altars (ofrendas), live arts, and coastal celebrations. Highlights include the enchanting "Las Pangas de Luz" (Lighted Boat Parade), the Golden Hour of Souls tribute, interactive artistic displays at Los Muertos Pier, and the serene Garden of Whispers on Cuale Island.
As a focal point, the world-record Guinness Monumental Catrina will stand guard over the bay.
