The first Wine and Food Pairing Festival arrives in PV, to learn more about the fascinating world of wine and gastronomy whilst delighting palates, offering lectures, tastings, and pairings with dishes from renowned restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, known as the Best Gastronomic Destination in Mexico. Students of gastronomy, travel and tourism, sommeliers and related careers, as well as wine enthusiasts and entrepreneurs from the restaurant and hospitality industry, will gather from March 17^th to 20^th, 2022 to discover more about winemaking in Mexico, with 40 participating wineries and great personalities from the Mexican culinary scene.
