Savor more than 45 varieties of fresh ceviches and spicy aguachiles at the 20th edition of the Puerto Vallarta Ceviche and Aguachile Festival 2026.
If you are a fan of seafood, do not miss this culinary festival on Sunday, July 26 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, hosted at the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center (CICPV), with the participation of a wide variety of local seafood restaurants.
Bars with refreshing cocktails prepared with artisanal spirits will also be available; in addition: craft beers, wines, aguas frescas, sorbets and ice creams.
As in previous editions, the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival will feature live music and entertainment for attendees.
Guest chefs will also participate as judges in the contest that rewards the three best recipes for dishes based on ceviche and aguachile, prepared by the participating restaurants.
