The transformation of food into spectacular dishes is truly an act of magic, which is why, @vinomafest and @gaviotas.vallarta have created the pairing dinner, Hands and Magic, a tribute to the transforming hands of the chefs and cooks who, with their talent and creativity, perform truly magical acts.
With two magical acts by chef @fabiola_meraz_z, two acts by chef @fernandozg, with their Mexican Signature cuisine, and two sweet acts by pastry chef @julieth.heva; each paired by the wizard of pairing, Mr. @re.summiler, we will witness a show from the kitchen to the palate.
