The monologue "No seré feliz, pero tengo marido" (I'm Not Happy But I Am Married), starring the leading Mexican actress Sylvia Pasquel, returns to Puerto Vallarta this Tuesday, March 12, in two showtimes: 7:00pm and 9:00pm, at the Teatro Vallarta.
"No seré feliz, pero tengo marido" tells the story of Viviana and her husband of 27 years, based on the homonymous play by Viviana Gómez Thorpe.
Through the character of Viviana, the audience learns about the nature of love and human relationships through humorous observations and anecdotes: What is the meaning of marriage? How is marriage experienced today?
Directed by Claudia Ríos, this monologue in Spanish has been performed by Sylvia Pasquel in Mexico City for nine consecutive years.
Tickets are available at the box office of the Teatro Vallarta or through the Red Access website.
