Our selection of the must-visit places in Puerto Vallarta continues, and this time we’re dedicating it to the 8 restaurants that are causing a sensation for their gastronomic offer, but also for the gorgeous views that you can admire when visiting them. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is framed by the Sierra Madre mountain range, which is why it’s common for many residential and commercial areas to be built at the foot of the mountains with privileged views. This is the case of Barcelona Tapas, which has one of the most beautiful views in the destination. Casa Kimberly, formerly inhabited by Elizabeth Taylor, where she lived her love story with actor Richard Burton, is the place where this renowned restaurant is located today. Its contemporary Mexican cuisine is a display of regional dishes and sophisticated mixology based mainly on tequila and mezcal. In this restaurant, in addition to its culinary delights, you will be amazed by its elegant architecture and the incredible view of Banderas Bay from its terrace.
