The imposing humpback whales, also known as Yubartas, migrate to the tropical waters of Puerto Vallarta’s coast between December and March to take advantage of Bahia de Bandera’s proper conditions and give birth to their baby whales.
These beautiful mammals feed during the summer in polar regions and then travel around 25 thousand kilometers, through the oceans and seas of the world until they reach the tropical waters of Jalisco’s coast.
