The nineteenth edition of the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival is here, showcasing the freshest ceviches and spicy aguachiles from Puerto Vallarta.
Prepare to indulge in an array of over 40 types of ceviches and aguachiles, showcasing the finest seafood from various restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. The 2026 Ceviche and Aguachile Festival will also feature local beverage brands, craft beer, pastries, live music, and entertainment. Special guest: "Los Chicos del Bazar," with over 40 young local business people.
Guest chefs will also participate as judges in the contest that awards the three best recipes for ceviche and aguachile dishes prepared by the participating restaurants.
