Tacos are a living cultural expression of Mexican cuisine. Tacos are also one of those dishes that give Mexico its international identity. For this reason, a special day is dedicated to it nationwide (March 31) and, for the last eight years, Puerto Vallarta has celebrated it with the Taco Fest.
The eigth annual edition of Feria del Taco Fest will be held at the esplanade of Puerto de Luna Hotel, at the heart of the North Hotel Zone in Puerto Vallarta.
More than 40 different types of delicious tacos (carnitas, seafood, suadero, shrimp and many others) will be presented by local taquerias and restaurants. Feria del Taco Fest will also feature live music, tastings of craft beers and mezcals, aguas frescas and desserts.
Admission is free and open to the general public. The event is scheduled to run from 2:00pm to 11:00pm.
