Grupo de Teatro Dionisio returns to Puerto Vallarta with a special performance of "La noche de la guirnalda" (The Night of the Garland) on Saturday, August 2, 8:00 pm at Plataforma 322 Cultural Center (103 Alondra St., Los Sauces.)
Inspired by current events and whispered secrets known only to the locals, "La noche de la guirnalda" is a play in Spanish that weaves stories from the daily experiences of Puerto Vallarta residents. What is it like to live in this city beyond tourism? How do relationships, family, and the economy work for those who see waves of boats constantly arriving and departing?
Written by Samantha Dueñas, Juan Carlos Ramírez and Juan Pablo Hernández, and directed by Oz Jiménez, "La noche de la guirnalda" promises to offer a fascinating mosaic of life in Puerto Vallarta.
