A constellation of the most innovative chefs and mixologists in Mexico, Latin America and Europe -but also from Michelin Stars, 50 Best and Top Chefs- come together annually at Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica.
Its program of events features exclusive dinners in paradisiacal settings throughout the bay, wine tastings by the best sommeliers, as well as tastings and gourmet workshops for professionals and the general public.
In 2023, Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica’s 15th edition featured 58 events over 1 week, with 9 Mexican states attending: CDMX, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Querétaro, Sinaloa and Tamaulipas; and the representation of 9 countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, Italy, Dominican Republic and Mexico.
Themed "The Only Constant is Change," the 16th annual edition of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica will be held from October 11 to 18, 2024.
