Its program of events features exclusive dinners in paradisiacal settings throughout the bay, wine tastings by the best sommeliers, as well as tastings and gourmet workshops for professionals and the general public.
One of the most global and media-savvy chefs in the world is participating in this 2024 edition: Chef Dani García, with 3 Michelin stars in his restaurants in Spain and Dubai; as well as some of the first Michelin-starred chefs in Mexico, the most famous chefs from TV shows like Top Chef VIP and Iron Chef.
As a novelty, the Smoke Kitchen, a trendy specialty, will be presented by the most important experts in Mexico.
Themed "The Only Constant is Change," the 16th annual edition of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica will be held from October 11 to 18, 2024.
