A constellation of the most innovative chefs and mixologists in Mexico, Latin America and Europe -but also from Michelin Stars, 50 Best and Top Chefs- come together annually at Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica.
Its program of events features exclusive dinners in paradisiacal settings throughout the bay, wine tastings by the best sommeliers, as well as tastings and gourmet workshops for professionals and the general public.
In 2024, Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica’s 16th annual edition featured 73 events over one week, over 14,700 attendees with 7 Mexican states represented: Baja California, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Querétaro and Quintana Roo; and the representation of 7 countries: Argentina, Spain, United States, France, Japan, Dominican Republic and Mexico.
Themed "Connecting Minds, Connecting Souls," the 17th annual edition of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica will be held from October 12 to 18, 2025 at Paradise Village Resort & Spa.
