  1. Camarones Beach

Located right at the start of the Malecon. A favorite among tourists to spend a fun day of sea, sun, and sand.

  1. Playa de Oro (Golden Beach)

Just a few miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, this Blue Flag certified beach is perfect to enjoy your day with various activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat ride, or simply relaxing by the beach admiring the view.

  1. Los Muertos Beach

This beach is one of the most emblematic and visited beaches in the destination. Perfect for relaxing and admiring the stunning sunsets in Puerto Vallarta. Thanks to its privileged location, right in the heart of town, a great variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries are close by, not to mention the iconic Los Muertos Pier.

South of Puerto Vallarta on the road to Barra de Navidad, are two small beaches with calm and crystalline waters, perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding.

One of the most popular beaches in Puerto Vallarta, due to its beauty and accessibility, located just a few minutes from downtown. Its crystalline waters and gentle waves are waiting for you to spend the entire day having fun with family or friends.

Mountains and lush vegetation surround this beautiful beach with golden sand. Its crystalline waters and gentle waves are an invitation to activities such as snorkeling or diving.

A hidden gem south of Puerto Vallarta, known as the smallest beach in Mexico. Its emerald waters are perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and diving, where you will surely encounter a great variety of marine species.

How to get to Colomitos Beach:

Take a water taxi from Boca de Tomatlán.

Hike through the lush jungle for 30-40 minutes, departing from Boca de Tomatlán.

Both routes are spectacular, in both of them you’ll admire the natural charm that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
