Four Experiences to Discover Raicilla From the Coast of Jalisco

Savor the exquisite flavors of Raicilla crafted along the Jalisco coast, where the gentle breezes of the Pacific and the majestic peaks of the Sierra Madre intertwine.

This artisanal spirit, crafted primarily along the coast from the Haw angustifolia and rhodacantha varieties of agave, has won over palates with its intricate and genuine taste, capturing the spirit of the land it's born in, the meticulous artisanal methods employed, and the unwavering passion of each maestro raicillero.

Puerto Vallarta and Cabo Corrientes are not only spectacular sun-and-beach destinations, but also key stops on the Raicilla Route. Here, you'll discover the process, aromas, and culture surrounding this iconic Jalisco beverage with a Designation of Origin.

Get ready for an experience that will use all your senses! You will have the chance to take a tour of traditional taverns, listen to talks by experts, and participate in guided tastings. All of these activities will connect you with the history and culture of Raicilla.
