Restaurant Week 2024: What to Expect

This year's Restaurant Week promises to be the most exciting yet, featuring over 40 participating restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.  Each of them offers special three-course menus at discounted prices, making it the perfect opportunity to try out high-end dining spots and local favorites without breaking the bank.  Prices are set at two different tiers—459 MXN and 575 MXN—ensuring there’s something for every budget.

• About: At Itamar Cocina de Puerto, the expertise of chefs José Alfredo Pérez, Ángel Villaseñor and Omar Canales redefines the experience of seafood dining.  Here the dishes are made with knowledge of the product and techniques to bring out the best in the flavors.  In addition to regional recipes, they also offer typical dishes from other ports around the country.  To complement the visit, their bar has a series of cocktails prepared with local ingredients with names inspired by Old Vallarta.
