The eighteenth edition of the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival in Puerto Vallarta will offer you the chance to savor more than 45 varieties of fresh ceviches and spicy aguachiles.
Seafood lovers won't want to miss this culinary festival. It's on Sunday, July 27th from 12:00pm to 8:00pm at Parota Park in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone.
A wide variety of the most popular Puerto Vallarta seafood restaurants will be participating. This includes: El Coleguita, De Cántaro, Juan Tiburón, Los Oyster Boys, and many more. A selection of craft distilled spirits, including Tequila Cascabel and Mezcal Dios Niño, will be offered at bars serving up refreshing cocktails. The beverage menu will also feature craft beers from Los Cuentos, Playa Grande, and Travesía Chelera, as well as Cincorcho wines, aguas frescas, nieves (sherbets), and ice creams.
As in previous editions, the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival will feature live music and entertainment for attendees. Guest chefs will also take on the role of jurors in the contest, which recognizes the three most exceptional recipes for ceviche and aguachile dishes, crafted by the participating restaurants.
