Kaiseki Japanese Festival 2023

Mikado, the renowned Asian restaurant at the Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa, will host the Kaiseki Japanese Festival 2023 from October 6-20.

Executive Chef Hiroki Amatanai, who has more than 25 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, will be on hand to prepare a delicious tasting menu with exceptional pairings.  In addition, he will also be conducting the following master classes:

· Sashimi Class: October 6 at 2:00pm.
· Sushi Classes: October 7 and 10 at 2:00pm.
· Ramen Class: October 8 at 2:00pm.
· Gyoza Class: October 9 at 2:00pm.

All master classes are 2 hours in length.  Classes include a welcome kit, recipe, materials, and food pairing.  Participation is limited to 10 persons.
