"La noche del gran milagro" (The Night of the Great Miracle), a Christmas story in Spanish by playwright and stage director Alberto Fabián Sahagún returns for a short season to the Cuale Cultural Center esplanade, located at the eastern end of Cuale Island, in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.
"La noche del gran milagro" retells the traditional story of the birth of Jesus. It takes inspiration from current events to offer an amusing comedy with social commentary, suitable for the whole family.
Performed for 28 years by different generations of local actors, this production has become a Christmas tradition in Puerto Vallarta. "La noche del gran milagro" is the winner of the 2003 Premio Nacional de Pastorelas Prize of the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon.
Short run from December 16 to 22 at 8:00pm.
