Rocket Training Certification as part of the Progressive Asthanga Yoga Certification Program.  

The course is 50 hours long. It is designed to help yoga students delve deeper into the practices, techniques and philosophy of Rocket Yoga.  Rocket Yoga is a powerful, fun and challenging practice that helps work the physical body, focus and intelligence.  

It combines and restructures the First and Second Series, incorporating key postures from Advanced Series 2 and 3 of Ashtanga.

You can start teaching Rocket Yoga classes with this training if you have 200 hours of yoga training. 

July 21-23 / July 28-30 Class Schedule: Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm / Saturday 9:00am - 7:00pm / Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm
