Second annual edition of the Sabor en Competencia Cooking Contest, celebrating Puerto Vallarta's culinary creativity and highlighting local market products.
The competition brings together the best chefs from the most prestigious restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, who have to prepare their dishes in a record time of 59 minutes, using only the ingredients that are available at the host market.
The popular Mercado Emiliano Zapata Market hosted the first edition of Sabor en Competencia Cooking Contest in 2023. First place in the competition went to Chef Alejandra Aisury Delgado García of Masame Restaurant.
The Government of Puerto Vallarta, in collaboration with CANIRAC Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Costalegre, organizes the Sabor en Competencia Cooking Contest.
