This Saturday, November 30th, the annual Green Macaw Festival returns to Boca de Tomatlan for the second year in a row.
The program for the second edition of the festival includes a variety of activities for children and grown-ups: drawing and crafts tables, a photo exhibition of the local wildlife, storytelling, tombola, scientific and informative tables (in Spanish) about important environmental projects in the Puerto Vallarta area, and other surprises.
The second annual Green Macaw Festival will take place at the Boca de Tomatlán boardwalk from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The festival is presented by local NGO Unidos por las Guacamayas.
