The Vallarta Symphony Orchestra presents its first summer concert Saturday, July 1st in Puerto Mágico and Sunday, July 2nd at the Biblioteca Los Mangos Cultural Center.
The orchestra will perform a festive program inspired by the summer season in Venice during the Baroque period. The repertoire will include well-known pieces by Vivaldi, Mozart and Durante, conducted by Aquiles Morales.
The summer concert will include the special participation of the Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta choirs. Their performance will be of Francesco Durante's Magnificat, an exuberant baroque work that combines choirs, soloists and orchestra with mastery and verve.
The Vallarta Symphony Orchestra is a multi-cultural orchestra made up of more than 40 musicians from more than 10 different countries.
