VI Annual Damajuana Raicilla Festival

The pioneer festival in Puerto Vallarta dedicated exclusively to the raicilla culture, featuring traditional producers and local raicilla masters from both the Sierra and the coast of Jalisco. 

For the past 6 years, the Damajuana Raicilla Festival has been organized by the Cultura Vallarta Institute. It is held at the Institute's Esplanade, located at the eastern end of the Cuale River Island, in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. 

Live music, lectures and raicilla tastings (known as "saboreadas") led by local producers are also part of the festival's cultural program. Admission is free.
