Puerto Vallarta's pioneering festival dedicated exclusively to raicilla culture.
The festival has been organized for the last seven years by the Instituto Vallartense de Cultura (IVC) and is attended by raicilla producers and masters from the highlands and the coast of Jalisco.
The IVC Esplanade, located at the eastern end of the Cuale River Island, in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta, is the venue for the Damajuana Raicilla Festival. The cultural program of the festival also includes food tastings, mixology, live music and folkloric ballet performances.
Admission to the festival is free of charge.
