Third edition of the Yelapa Cacao Festival 2025 to be held from March 14 to 16 at Tarasana Holistic Center.
The third Yelapa Cacao Festival 2025 encourages social and cultural exchange about this seed and its ancient traditions in Mexico.
The program includes talks, workshops, handicrafts, food, music and other activities related to cacao and its various uses and aspects: food, culture, family, community, medicine, biodiversity and life.
Special guests: Elders Efrén Hernández Maldonado, Edilberto Díaz Cruz, and Chonita Murillo will guide attendants through Mayan traditions and their sacred connection to cacao.
