The sixteenth edition of the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival in Puerto Vallarta will feature more than 60 varieties of fresh ceviches and spicy aguachiles.
Several of Puerto Vallarta's seafood restaurants will be on hand, as will other local brands of beverages, craft beers and pastries. The Ceviche and Aguachile Festival in Puerto Vallarta will feature live music and entertainment for attendees, as in previous editions.
Guest chefs will also participate as judges in the Ceviche and Aguachile Competition, which will award the three best local recipes for ceviche and aguachile dishes cooked by the participating restaurants.
If you're a fan of seafood, don't miss this culinary extravaganza on Sunday, July 28 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm at Puerto Magico in Puerto Vallarta's North Hotel Zone.
