Eleven bands from México City, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, Puebla, and Queretaro will assemble in Puerto Vallarta for the First National Meeting of Children and Youth Orchestras Puerto Vallarta 2024, to be held from April 1st to 6th.
More than 60 young music students will join their counterparts from the Orquesta Escuela de Puerto Vallarta AC to participate in various instrumental classes, general orchestra rehearsals, lectures and master classes at Univa Campus Puerto Vallarta.
The First National Meeting of Children and Youth Orchestras Puerto Vallarta 2024 also includes two magnificent performances: a gala, with 100 musicians on stage at Teatro Vallarta on Friday, April 5, and a closure performance open to the public on Saturday, April 6, at 8:00 pm at the Los Arcos del Malecón Amphitheater.
The Orquesta Escuela de Puerto Vallarta AC, in coordination with the City of Puerto Vallarta, is organizing and promoting the event.
