A not-to-be-missed event centered around two of the most traditional dishes in Puerto Vallarta. To celebrate this 10th edition, ten restaurants will be in charge of preparing different varieties of ceviches and aguachiles (the chill-spiked version of ceviche) accompanied by creative cocktails based on the native distillate: Raicilla. Join us this July 31st and August 1st at the Vallarta Institute of Culture in the Cuale River Island, from 12:00 pm till 7:00 pm.
