Carlos Rivera jumped into fame as the winner of the third season of the Mexican TV reality talent show La Academia. As part of his current tour, "Un tour a todas partes", he will be presenting his latest album Sincerándome to his Puerto Vallarta fans. Sincerándome features hit singles such as Un viaje a todas partes and the eponymous song.
The singer from Tlaxcala, Mexico has released the following studio albums: Carlos Rivera (2007), Mexicano (2010), El hubiera no existe (2013), Yo creo (2016), Guerra (2018) and Sincerándome (2023). He pays tribute to pop ballad singers such as Gloria Estefan and Franco De Vita, as well as music legends such as José José, Juan Gabriel, Roberto Carlos and Armando Manzanero in his covers album Leyendas (2021).
