A very traditional way of pampering our moms in a way that they’ll love it, is that we cook a delicious dessert for them. Which mom does not like her children to spend a little time and effort and even more so that the result of that time and dedication is so tasty? Well, most of them, and in Puerto Vallarta, a gastronomic destination, we have the perfect recipe for you to shine on this Mother's Day.

Preparation and cooking time 1 hr
Ingredients:
-500 ml (17 oz) whole milk
-60 gr (20 oz) masa corn flour
-1 stick whole cinnamon
-15 gr sugar
-100 ml evaporated milk
-150 ml condensed milk
-130 gr coquito de aceite(crushed sedd of coconut palm )
How to cook
Bring half the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Dissolve the masa in the remaining milk
In blender, blitz the cinnamon with sugar, evaporated milk and the condensed milk.
Smash the coconut seed in a dishtowel(or use shredded coconut) and then blitz in a blender until fine.
Combine all the milks with the coconut and heat in a saucepan over medium low heat until it begins to thicken.Continue to cook for 25 minutes.
Pour into a 20 cm por 20 cm cake pan or six individual cups allow to cool and then slice of dispense into individual servings cups.
Prepare the coulis by mixing Jamaica concentrate ,sugar,water and honey then boil in saucepan until reduced to a thick syrup .
Liquefy the chipotles in a blender until smooth ,then add to the syrup.
Garnish the cuala with cooled coulis and sprinkles of coconut.
